Our Principal: Bryan Shelby, PMP: Bryan has been in IT systems development and support for over 30 years, and has been managing IT staff and projects for over 20 years. He has worked closely with IT and business management at all levels, from development staff and clerical to EVP and CxO. Prior to forming his own consulting business in 1993, a predecessor to ITR, he had been Vice President of IT for Master Trust and Custody Systems for one of the top three banks in the industry. Since then, he has focused his attention on Project Management Office setup and administration, on Strategic IT Planning, and on large-scale Project Management, working in a number of different industries: Wall Street banking & trading, telephony & communications, pension benefits & actuarial calculations, litigation support, publishing, and pharmaceutical. He is skilled in meeting planning, financial management, contract negotiations, compliance, and all aspects of procurement management. He has had over 20 years of experience in supervising, motivating and challenging staff to achieve superior results, with exceptional ability in building and maintaining strategic partnerships and positive service relationships with stakeholders. Carson Tucker: Carson is a truly world-class facilitator and communicator. He has an unparalled ability to get a group of people thinking about a subject of mutual interest, and then to facilitate their ability to reach consensus on a solution and next steps. The participants invariably give Carson high marks for his ability to help them find their points of agreement, and for the highly successful way that he and his team document that agreement to communicate it back to them. Carson has worked with many large corporations, and is currently working with the US Army, the state of Virginia, and the cities of Charlottesville and Richmond, among others.
